My experience spans nearly a decade across middle-market and Big Four accounting firms, as well as corporate industry roles. I've helped individuals and families manage their closely held businesses, partnerships, S-corporations, real estate holdings, and corporations through complex tax planning and compliance.

Most recently, I've focused on international tax planning and compliance, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, entity restructuring, and tax reform strategy.
